It was clean and comfortable and the manager was accommodating and helpful. Very affordable and comfortable for our 5 night stay.

the clean and quite, and the staff ,great ,hot water, clean room, ac worked great , hot water amazing , and staff was super nice and professional, and breakfast really good thanks , will stay more as well 5 star 5star 5 star

The parking lot pavement was good, ie no garbage or potholes.

At the price-point this was spot-on, with a most accommodating site-manager who facilitated both an early check-in and late check-out. Good coffee and only a short Uber ride from downtown Houston.
